From the moment we booked our stay at the database property, we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. the unique pin code provided for key access made our arrival and departure stress-free, and the spotless accommodation felt fresh and airy. the beds were incredibly comfortable, truly feeling like we were sleeping on a cloud. the heating was perfect, ensuring we were warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. the electric kettle and tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch, providing us with a comforting cuppa each morning. the location was ideal, with easy access to a nearby Marks & Spencer Cafe and the Imperial Palace just a short distance away. the free toiletries were a luxurious touch, and the presence of a washing machine and ample cookware made our stay even more convenient. Overall, our experience at the database property far exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
